Yeah, started this in November of 07' Yes I do put dates on my builds...somewhere...For the very purpose of remembering when I started a project. This ones been on and off for years. Gonna try to get it done for good this time...   Next installment will deal with whats been done so far...Stay tuned!!! |

Not much to show today... Got the interior permanently installed in the body. It was a challenge since I channeled the body over the rails. Had to cut the door/side panels down to fit the new profile. Positioning the instrument panel was fun,since all the locating tabs/slots are gone. Used sloooww setting (AKA old) C/A glue to get it positioned properly. Still have to mount the body to the frame and do some plumbing. Then install the jewelry (door handles, mirrors. etc...)Then I can call it done!  Next installment: Might be a teaser of the finished product...Not much more to accomplish on this one.  |
