Been a couple of week, but i finally got on to the paint, just a subtle one, as i reckon all the chrome should make it pop.. Block it back tomorrow night and hit it with a second cote of clear.

The roof is fab Dale! How the heck did you do that? Super results as usual sir. Thanks guys OK, firstly, you get a spray bottle of water, spray it in the air and let the drops land on the roof. Then i blew the red at the drops from one side only, with air turned way down, then turned the model around and blew some gold from the other side at the drops only..... now walk away for an hour or so, and let the water evaporate. I then blotted what was left off with a soft paper towel, before blending the red around the edges of the roof. Next, is about 6 cotes of clear, block and re-clear it, this will give it that smooth glass look and feel... pretty easy really, try it, it took about 1 minute to work it out on a spare bit of body.

Pretty easy when you say it like that, 'sounds' easy. Duplicolours mate? Great result, would look awesome on the rear doors of a fridge van carting fresh fruit & veg

Great result, would look awesome on the rear doors of a fridge van carting fresh fruit & veg Duplicolor or basic auto acrylic mate, looking at doing some of this in a "panel" on the roof of the VC ute when i re-do it.. that is why i am playing around with different ideas. . And yeah, would look great in that situation too mate ..
