Foiling is a lot of work but well worth it in my opinion.

Thanks Dennis and nyratrod! BMF can be a bit troublesome, but in the long run it is well worth the trouble.

I am nearly done foiling the '64 Fairlane. All that's left is the side moldings and window trim. I painted the doghouse with Tamiya X-18 Semi Gloss Black. More Fairlane to come...

I have clearcoated the '64 Fairlane with 3 coats of Model Master Ultra Gloss Clear. More Fairlane to come...

After 4 hours in the dehydrator @110 degrees, I pulled the Fairlane out and started assembly. More Fairlane to come...

Thanks leon! THe last picture shows the Fairlane sitting lower in the back than I would like. I'll have to raise the rear a bit.
