Well guys,not making any progress on the body! Had to put it in oven cleaner again this morning as the paint looked crappy  .Just finished cleaning most of the paint and sprayed it again.Hopefully i can get all the paint off tonight and wet sand and wash the body and have it ready for primer and paint this weekend.One thing for sure,i won't be using enamel paint any more. Nice work Leon. Chassis looks great, and the slicks look real.
I'm sure the top side will come together.

Mark,thank you! I took some sandpaper to the slicks to show some wear.As for the top side,I hope so.It's down to bare plastic now.Just a few spots i want to clean up better.

Body has been stripped,wet sanded and washed! I'll let this sit till the weekend and then put some primer and paint on.Not to concerned about the engine bay.A coat of primer and paint it should look fine.The body itself looks good. The roof and lower trim have been painted black and the roof given a coat of clear flat to seal it.Just need to put on the clear gloss and add the decals.I just ordered them from Slixx decals.should be here in a few days. Well guys,as the title says! I made some minor changes to this build.First off,the 1:1 car didn't run a tunnel ram manifold.I removed the manifold and was lucky to find a duel 4 barrel manifold in the parts box that worked perfectly.The only problem is the hood still sat high.Decided to cut a hole in the stock hood and use the scoop from the pro street Nova.Even though the original car didnt have a scoop.I think it's going to look fine once assembled.I really don't like the kit scoop.
