Always liked the 59/60 Chevys, and this was destined to be another Lowrider..........  Thing is Ive built a few now and I fancied something a bit different ! So this is going to be slammed, and I'm adding anything i think looks KooL ! Its mainly a bit 60s style i guess, but I'm not copying any particular style just making it up as i go ! 
So far I have lowrider tyres with deep dish chrome reverse wheels, and the engine is a chromed out 348, with tri-carbs from the 58 kit ! Might have a white interior, and possibly a tube grill front and back that covers the lights, I'm not sure yet !

Yes retrospectkustoms I was thinking of using bellflower exhausts, I just couldn't remember the name !
Thanks Leon, and Stitch yes like the gold one but a bit of everything thrown in !
And I'm thinking 2 tone gold, maybe some lace panels ?

Thanks guys........  Been working on the interior, finished a front seat, then hated it and luckily found another one in the spares box ! Thing i didnt like was the only interior decals are in red, thats it ! So i thought of the disc brakes i printed off on the PC, if i can print discs then why not interior patterns ? Heres a couple of mock ups, when glued down with PVA glue they look great, and being thin paper they fit around corners etc ! ! Oh and im probably using the top ones... Will post up pics when they are finished.....  |

Well i had a couple of hours spare to work on this earlier, and got 1 door panel completed !  Oh the joy of BMF, especially when it wont stick !  The panel is actually matt white and semi gloss ivory, and theres white fur at the bottom, but in the pic it just looks like its not painted...  Dont know why i bother sometimes, whatever happened to building a complete kit in a week end, like i did when i was a kid ! ! !   |

Well ok, it does look a bit out of scale so maybe tweed !
Bit more added.....
See how the paper design can fit around the seat shapes ? Endless posibilities with this ! I redone the armrest too with more BMF, just carpets and dash left....

Interior looks great. No Kool-Aid drinking in the back seat of that bad boy. If you tilt your head 45 degrees the seat pattern looks like space invaders..lol

Thanks guys And spdyft yes now you say that, it's a space invaders interior ! Great kit for detailing this 60 Chevy, lots of crisp moldings and little details, but it's been a pain to fit together so far ! Had to break apart the dash and firewall and reset them again because they are too wide for the interior ! All back together again now, and I've added pinstripes on the dash and parcel shelf too ! More soon... |

Thankyou guys, much appreciated ! Bit more, i flaked the parcel shelf and added pinstripes, in gold, to match the intended paint !  Then added hydraulics and a matching boot design !  Going to be hard to see some of the wiring when installed, but i know its there ! Inner wings have yet to be painted too, its just mocked up !
