Looks great. Came out a treat. Word of warning: DO NOT USE AUTOMOTIVE POLISH ON TAMIYA SPRAYS!! It is too abrasive and literally melts the Tamiya paint. I found this out thew hard way..

Thank you Steve! I didn't use any bmf. The trim was done with Molotow pen.

Gorgeous mate!! Have you ever tried a black wash in the grill? It will really lift the look of the front end dramatically.

Looking good Leon, love that blue shade... As for paint peeling on the hood, I'd guess it's due to the surface of the hood being too smooth. If you lightly sand (wet n dry paper) the body before paint, it gives the paint a rougher surface to grip on ! Even if you only primer it first, the primer is still not gripping the plastic, so can peel off with the top coat if your masking up ! Hope that helps, I'm no paint wizard, i just messed a lot of paint jobs up.. ... Before....smileys-painting-009432_zps0b513ffb After.....

Thank you Martin! I'm thinking i must have had something on my hands before i painted it. After i stripped the paint.I did do a wet sanding and then washed it in dish soap.
