Thanks Dale they say we are going to be sunny for the next couple of days so hope to get a few things painted before winter really sets in and do a bit more to this while I am waiting for the paint to cure. As for this paint work I painted this one a few years ago and think sometimes the secret to a good paint job is leaving it to cure for a couple of months or more before polishing.

I've never seen one of these '41's set up like this. Very interesting and unique. You did a good job with the conversion on this one. Killer engine work too!

You do have a few on the go don't you, but the good thing is you have a few sooo close to being done, it will be like christmas soon, as they will all come together all at the same time. but i still got to wait.. icon_bored_zpscodtnzo5

Was worth the wait mate.... two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon
Very nicely done i must say, it will be a good week-end at the model bench i think with the V8's on the box from Hidden Valley to keep one occupied. The belt idea sounds cool, last one i made belts for, i used some black electrical tape... that worked a treat too.

Opened this one up the other night as have a hustlin hemi dart on the build and needed the front rims off this one for that build so off into the rims and tire parts box and came across a couple of revell willys pro street front rims and the tyres come from the amt edsel kit from memory, also changed out the rear slicks for these amt ones. Happy with the look as it has also brought the front end down. Hoping to get this one finished over the next month or two. Cheers and thanks for looking

Thanks Dale working on this one now. Have removed the rear end as the stock diff looks like a lump of plastic and found a quick change rear end in the parts box that I am modifying to fit, then will be getting onto the motor to finish this one up.
