Straight back into another build, i felt like doing another of the Ford Del Rio wagons, but change it up a bit. Made some side panels to fill in the sides, and got some paint idea with the floor pan and chassis..    |

Cool Dale nice to see you turning this into a panel. That chassis and floor pan looks way cool, what color is it and are you going low with late model rims or old school?

Joe, it feels good to be back at the bench mate, and way better on the body that the renovating i've been doing.. Thanks Steve, i don't like doing the same kit like another, so changing it up into a panel will make it completely different. the paint is Duplicolor METALCAST, you can get it from supercheap or repco mate, and is transparent, so it works like a candy. I started with a silver base, added some black shading, and then the metalcast red, so it gives it the candy look, also good for low rider pattern style paint jobs. Also, at the moment i am looking at chrome old schools, or Pegasus Sovereigns, with thin white walls... Ans YES, low is always the go mate...  probably just not lowrider low.. |

Well, I like the tatts, sorry underside! This is cool because I wouldn't have given this kit a second glance based on the box art but this build puts it a new light for me. Might have to try that paint, not sure on what but something thinking-hard-smiley-emoticon

It is a good kit mate, i have done a twin turbo pro touring version before too. I have the gasser version and another one of these yet..  |

Thanks men, Tim, i hope the exterior comes out as good as the underneath... well, on to the boring stuff, the interior..... Removed the rear sear, and made a wood floor right through to go with the panel delivery theme..  |

Well, a busy morning here, sun is shining and the paint was flowing, even found some decals for it, which is highly unusual for me.. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET SOME BMF AND CHROME ON THIS !!    |
